The Beginning

Our movement began after our father and grandmother passed away, leaving behind an abandoned coffee farm in Nicaragua that they had been working on. This project was their dream, but unfortunately, they did not get to see the fruits of their labor.

The Why

At the time, I was living in California with my family when I started feeling a strong calling to return to my family's roots and rebuild our abandoned coffee farm in Nicaragua. Despite having worked at a corporate job for over 10 years, I decided to quit and take the leap to chase the dream of restoring our family farm. However, after having spent almost my entire life in California was not an easy transition for me or my family.

The Now

After spending some time in Nicaragua, we came to the realization that our mission was not just about producing coffee, but also about making positive connections with the community and having a meaningful impact on people's lives. Reconnecting with our family's roots has taught us valuable life lessons that we had forgotten while living in the United States. I recommend living abroad for a brief period in your life, as it provides a different perspective and a unique experience that is truly enriching.

The Future

Our movement is just getting started, and we recognize that we have a long road ahead of us. We view this dream as a marathon. Alongside rebuilding the farm, our mission is to highlight the beauty of Nicaragua as a country and its amazing people. That is why we are using social media as a platform to document our journey of rebuilding the farm and sharing our daily lives in Nicaragua. Our aim is to build a community of individuals who will follow our journey and become active participants in our movement. We are excited about what the future holds and are determined to make a difference together!
